Our Story
Yves Richartzhagen & Mélissa Vitanza design
MATEMO - is born from the creative achievements of Product Designer Yves Richartzhagen and Fashion & Accessories Designer Mélissa Vitanza.
Yves studied industrial design at La Cambre in Brussels and can look back on a vast professional experience in both product design and production.
Mélissa has been active as a fashion and accessories designer for well-known brands such as Essentiel Antwerp, BGN Milano or Guy Laroche. She worked in Paris, Milan as well as Hong-Kong and Shanghai.
Together, they love creating atmospheres, playing with colours, sourcing and working with new materials and developing prototypes of their designs. They strive to consistently reach the highest possible quality with their products.
